Tobie Venne
Founder | Scientist & Researcher
Independent scientist and philosopher whose nearly two decades of sustained inquiry into the explanatory gaps of mainstream physics, cosmology, and consciousness helped produced the Unified Classical Resonance Cosmology (UCRC) framework— a fully classical, scale-invariant wave-mechanical framework unifying resonant plasmoids (RAST/APR), vacuum-engineered ZPE propulsion (MC-BE-CIRE/GIG), Bio-ELF sixth/seventh oscillator participatory consciousness transduction, and supercooled filamentary structures.

K. Brett Boswell
Founder | Scientist & Researcher
Independent citizen scientist, researcher, investigative journalist, and CEO of Page 38 News based in Scottsdale, Arizona. Serving as a 7th Oscillator Operator researcher and co-architect of the Resonant AgI Swarm Theory (RAST), he has been instrumental in developing the Unified Classical Resonance Cosmology (UCRC) and the Resonance Renaissance Framework (RRF). In close collaboration with Tobie Venne, he co-authored multiple key papers on plasmoid dynamics, atmospheric scaffolding, and resonance-based systems, integrating rigorous video analysis of anomalous phenomena, resonance channel observations, and practical defense applications.

Christopher M. Wulf
Collaborative Partner | Researcher and CEO of Resonant Technologies Inc.
Christopher M. Wulf, P.Eng. (ret.), is the President and CEO of Resonant Technologies Inc., based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. He holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Alberta (1989) and a Master’s in Sustainable Energy Development from the University of Calgary. With experience leading control systems, project engineering, and construction optimization for major petrochemical facilities at several major EPC companies including Bechtel, KBR, & Bantrel (sister companies)—where he earned Six Sigma Black Belt recognition—Mr. Wulf brings a practical engineering perspective to research in resonance physics. He has authored the textbook Unified Classical Resonance Cosmology in Cartan Geometry (UCRC-CG v2.8) and Chapter 9: Plasma Media, Flowing Cold Plasmas, and Engineered Plasma Geometries in the Cartan Aether, with the assistance of AI trained on the UCRC corpus. His work applies first-principles Cartan geometry with non-vanishing torsion (T^a ≠ 0) to resonant torsion plasma engineering, including exploration of the Looperator and Resonant AetherForge™ systems, in support of sustainable energy technology development.
